Positive attitude will drive 2012 market

Could 2012 be a good year for anyone involved in the property market?

Why not? asks Ray Henshaw, of Ilkeston’s Renshaws estate agents and financial advisers.

“One cannot ignore the perceived general malaise in the market – the overall notion that ‘times are bad’ but how about a more positive approach to 2012?” he said.

“We can make 2012 as positive as we want it to be by adopting a positive attitude and a more dynamic approach than in recent years,” he added.

Towards that goal, Ray is adopting a more dynamic approach on all fronts to ensure success for his clients

On the technology front this will come from state of the art web pages, social media posts and bespoke software systems designed to drive efficiency and productivity.

On the personnel front, Ray believes the greatest asset any successful business should be hand-picked, motivated individuals who will drive sales with their initiative whilst interfacing with the public, answering their every need without prior request and working towards a win, win, win situation for their customers, their business and the community as a whole.

Ray said: “Basically, for success and positive business outcomes one needs to marry the above assets carefully to give the right tools to the right committed individual to engender a dynamism that ensures success and that win, win, win scenario.

“The sad alternative is lose, lose, lose. I don’t want that. Do my clients want that? I don’t think so.”

He added: “I can assure everyone that at Renshaws the above dynamic approach is already gaining success for our clients and if others want to be doom and gloom merchants and give out depressing vibes let them do so at their own risk.”
