Launching the Open House weekend Jonathan Simpson, managing director of Frank Innes said: “Previous open house weekends have seen sales agreed on properties before the end of the weekend, which is an excellent result for the seller and the buyer.

“The attraction for our clients – both buyers and sellers – is the potential for home movers to see the widest selection of properties within one weekend, without having to make several appointments spanning a number of days..

Ian Appleyard, for Blundells, said: “There is still time for local homeowners and landlords to sign up and take part. We anticipate this event to be the biggest yet as we are currently seeing a huge amount of buyer interest in the properties we currently have for sale, especially within the Chesterfield and Sheffield area.”

To coincide with this event, Countrywide Mortgage Services consultants operating in Frank Innes and Blundells will be offering exclusive mortgages and will also be available to discuss the financial options available for buyers including the Government’s new First Buy initiative.
