More than 25 of the finest artisan food and drink producers from all over the region will be exhibiting their produce.

The Summer Extravaganza promises to be the biggest Food Fair to date at Carsington and organisers have arranged an artisan food trail for visitors to discover all the food and drink delights available at Carsington on the day.

There be a free prize draw to win a cookery course by sponsors Hartingtons School of Food and many opportunities for free tastings and samples before people buy.
