The sessions are aimed at young people aged between 12-19 years to encourage them to take part in sports and lead an active and healthy lifestyle, while meeting new friends and learning new skills.

The council’s qualified Community Sports Coaches will turn up to the venues and set up whatever activities such as football, cricket or rounders or whatever young people want to play.
