Covid vaccines: Areas in North East Derbyshire with the lowest vaccine uptake revealed

The areas of North east Derbyshire with the lowest take up of Covid-19 vaccines among the over-70s have been revealed in new figures.

Since the UK’s vaccination programme started in December more than 24 million people have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Official figures from NHS England now reveal how many people have been vaccinated in neighbourhoods across the country.

In North East Derbyshire, 41,864 people over 70 had received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine between December 8, 2020 and March 7.
