Covid-19 death toll in Chesterfield reaches 156

The number of people who have died of Covid-19 in hospital at Chesterfield has now reached 156 - as another death is announced today (Sunday).

The deaths of ten other people under the care of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust were announced this week.

Coronavirus deaths at care homes or elsewhere in the community are not included in the daily figures published by NHS England, meaning the total death toll is likely to be considerably higher.
