The bar’s owner, Michael Walker, said: “Initially we were all gutted when we were told to shut on, Friday March 20th . We were all unsure about when we were going to move forward.

“We all thought that the lockdown measures would only be in place for a few weeks, we obviously very quickly realised that wouldn’t be the case. That gave the staff the ambition they needed to do something special for the customers.

“We were just concerned about all our customers and just really wanted to get the message of, ‘we’re all in this together’ out there. We’re worried about the business as you would expect, but obviously everyone’s health comes first.

“I think all the staff have been brilliant putting this video together, it highlights the character of them all as a group. I would also like to thank Benjamin Salt for carrying out the editorial work needed to finish the video.”
