Jobs boost as travel currency shop opens in Chesterfield town centre

A travel money business has opened a branch at Chesterfield’s Pavements Shopping Centre – bringing five new jobs to the town.

NM Money provides foreign exchange, international payments, mortgage brokering, insurance and gold services.

Tony Gibbons, managing director at NM Money, said: “We’re delighted to now have a presence in Chesterfield and look forward to serving the local community.

The NM Group says it handles more than 200m customer transactions a year and works with major banks such as Nationwide, Santander, Virgin and RBS across the UK and parts of Europe.

It is replacing the foreign exchange expert brand Eurochange, which is also owned by the NM Group.
