Veterans back at Flowerpot

China Crisis will be bringing their full band show to The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, December 4.

The legendary chart topping 80s band return once more to the Flowerpot as part of a mationwide UK tour to promote their brand new studio album Autumn In The Neighbourhood.

Original members Eddie Lundon and Gary Daly still front the hugely respected and well remembered 1980s band, who developed a loyal and cult following which has lasted 30 years. They are known for their string of hit singles, including African & White, Christian, Working with Fire and Steel, Black Man Ray and Wishful Thinking.

They will be performing at the Flowerpot with their full Electric Band.

Then, on Saturday, December 5, the King Street venue welcomes the latest visit from the veteran aces Dr Feelgood.

Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970s Dr. Feelgood remains one of the most popular and exciting live rhythm and blues acts in the world. The raw and uncompromising style of their performance resulted in the album Stupidity that immediately went to the number one position in the U.K. charts.

Support on the night comes from fast rising blues performer Ben Miles.

Doors open at 8pm. Admission is £16 for China Crisis, and £15 for Dr Feelgood.
