Tribute time at The Flowerpot

There will be a triple bill of top tribute bands at The Flowerpot in Derby this week.

First up, on Friday, November 28, will be an appearance by Ohasis.

Ohasis meticulously re-create the visuals, music and atmosphere of a real Oasis performance, and were formed with the aim of becoming the greatest of the Oasis tribute bands.

They have a fine reputation for their live shows and you can expect to hear some of Oasis’s biggest and best songs during the appearance at The Flowerpot.

Then, on Saturday, November 29, there’s a return to the King Street venue by Blondied, paying musical homage to the considerable back catalogue of Blondie and Debbie Harry.

Blondied are fronted Michelle Hendriks, the extraordinary Debbie Harry lookalike and soundalike, and will be presenting a lively set full of all of your favourite Blondie tracks.

On December 3, the latest in the free Acoustic Wednesdays sessions in the bar features an appearance by Woolley and Archer.

Finally, on Thursday, December 4, you can enjoy a gig by Banned From Utopia with their tribute to the music of Frank Zappa.
