Alongside her brother Richard, The Carpenters were the biggest-selling group of the 70s with ten of their singles selling over a million copies each.

Karen Carpenter had a unique voice; so unique in fact that it has proven almost impossible to duplicate the deep and smoky edge.

For the first time in over 30 years, the voice that melted a thousand romantic hearts lives again through Toni Lee, in a touring concert show: We’ve Only Just Begun, the Carpenters Greatest Love Songs.

We’ve Only Just Begun is a celebration of the Carpenter’s music and the spirit of Karen herself.

Every song in the show is a chart hit, performed by vocalist Toni Lee, who has won praise for her control, sense of pitch, and the subtle nuances of personal expression she introduces to a melody.

The production includes an audio visual presentation which tells the story using visual aids and brings an element of empathy and warmth to the show.

Authentic costumes and fully live musicianship are trademarks of the show with Toni Lee supported by her singers, plus a Big Band.

Relive the magic of one of the greatest female voices in pop music history as Toni Lee becomes Karen Carpenter.
