Tideswell choir presents a festive treat

Renowned Tideswell Male Voice Choir will join Richard Arkwright’s Masson Mills Band for a Christmas spectacular at Chesterfield’s Winding Wheel Theatre on Sunday December 8, at 7pm.

A traditional musical feast with all the trimmings, the concert will feature children from South Darley and Longstone primary schools, directed by Louise Hopkins, plus a special visit from Father Christmas and some very special helpers from Helen’s Trust and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

If you cannot wait until then to hear the famous Tideswell chorus perform, they will be heading to Cheshire for the Bowden Festival on Saturday November 30 for a performance at St Mary’s Church, Bowden, at 7.30pm, featuring a mixed programme including Christmas favourites.
