Miniature train rides for the public

Steam and diesel train rides are open to the public this Sunday, March 29, from 12 noon to 4pm.

The event will be adjacent to St Peter and St Paul School, Hady Hill. Chesterfield.

Admission is free but there will be a fee of £1 per ride or £5 for six rides.

The society will hold a miniature railway weekend on May 16 and 17 which will be open from 10am to 5pm each day and feature train rides, traders and refreshments.

Further public train rides will be held on June 28, August 2, October 18 and December 6, from 12 noon to 4pm.
