Treading the boards at this event will be popular comics Jo Caulfield and Justin Moorhouse, familiar from their many stand-up and TV appearances, while your compere for the evening is Elliot J Huntley.

Jo is a regular guest on both Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You.
Other recent TV appearances include The John Bishop Show, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Saturday Night Live, The Comedy Store, The Stand Up Show.

She wrote and starred in three series of her own critically acclaimed Radio 4 comedy show It’s That Jo Caulfield Again, as well as The News Quiz, Armando Iannucci’s Charm Offensive and The Now Show.

Best-known for her legendary one-woman shows, Jo Caulfield is “one of the finest female comics at work” (The Observer) and has recently been nominated as “the best female Stand-Up in the country” (Chortle.co.uk).

She is also Graham Norton’s head writer and will be previewing material from her forthcoming Edinburgh Festival show Pretending To Care.

Described by Jimmy Carr as ‘easily my favourite comedian’, Justin Moorhouse has a stack of TV credits including - most famously - playing Young Kenny with the tiger striped face on Channel Four’s much-loved sitcom Phoenix Nights.

There have also been appearances on the likes of Live At The Apollo, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Dave’s One Night Stand, Coronation Street, The Grumpy Guides, Shameless and The World Stands Up.

There was also a role in the Ken Loach film Looking For Eric, which also featuredManchesterUnited legend turned actor Eric Cantona

His own Radio 4 show Everyone Quite Likes Justin is critically acclaimed and has had two series to date.

He is also a Sony Award nominated radio presenter in his own right and a staple of Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk and 7 Day Sunday.

Justin Moorhouse will be previewing material from his forthcoming Edinburgh Festival show, which is called People And Feelings.

Compere for the evening at Stagefright will be Elliot J Huntley

With his self-confessed oily superficial goodwill, he manages to charm even the most stoic of audiences with his playful patter and side-splitting songs performed on mandolin and laced with instantly memorable couplets.
