Discover how SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton gears up for extreme adventures

Ant is best known as the chief instructor for Channel 4’s hit show, SAS : Who Dares Wins. Using the skills honed from his experience in the British Special Forces, Ant leads and completes in extreme adventures often documented for TV programmes.

His live show, entitled Mind Over Muscle, tours to Sheffield City Hall on November 6 and to Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on November 8 and 9, 2021.

Ant said: “The power of your mind is stronger than physicality. I’ll share life skills and philosophy on how to live your best life.”

The dates for his tour have been rescheduled due to the pandemic. Ant was originally booked for November 29 this year in Sheffield and November 4 and 5 in Nottingham.
