Starting on Friday October 3 and running until Sunday October 5 in Hayfield, the family-friendly event will include a host of attractions for people of all ages.

Festival planners say they have something for everybody across the weekend, including an eclectic mix of music across two stages held inside watertight marquees.

Acts appearing include rock, folk, blues and jazz artists from all over the UK, as well as a mixture of comedy acts.

There will also be various food stations, a beer tent with at least 20 hand-pulled and gravity-fed ales from around the region, craft stalls and a children’s fairground will be held on Hayfield cricket pitch with all the musical acts playing in a waterproof marquee

Tickets for this year’s Hayfest are priced at £20 for each day.

Alternatively an early-bird ticket is available for £45 that is valid for all three days, if booked before July 31 (£50 after this).
