Phoenix Theatre Group’s commemorates First World War centenary in Keep The Home Fire Burning

Thespians will be portraying the effects of the First World War on Chesterfield in a new play.

Phoenix Theatre Group will stage Keep The Home Fires Burning to commemorate the centenary of the First World War.

The original work will be performed by members of the local community at the Rose Theatre, Chesterfield, from November 13-15 at 7.30pm.

Messages to the fallen soldiers will be collected from members of the audience after each performance.
