New Year’s Day swim at Hathersage outdoor pool

Are you brave enough to leap into cold water and make a splash on New Year’s Day?

Hardy souls are invited to take the plunge into the outdoor swimming pool at Hathersage on January 1, from 11am to 3pm.

Whether you want to brave a swim or just spectate it will be a fun day for all with hot seasonal refreshments served throughout.

Wetsuits are recommended to swim in the pool where the current temperature is 8degC.

Hot and cold showers are available.

Swimmers pay £5, spectators £1.
