His latest release has received rave reviews in Australia and is set to follow suit in the UK.

Leo will be performing some of this new material alongside the hits and old favourites.

With 16 hit albums and 26 hit singles to his credit, Leo is one of the most successful acts the UK has ever produced and remains hugely popular worldwide.

He began his music career co-writing songs with David Courtney. The writing duo gave Roger Daltrey of The Who his first No.1, Giving it all Away in 1973.

Leo himself shot to national attention in the UK with his second single, The Show Must Go On, a music hall-styled song which he memorably performed on British television wearing a pierrot costume and make-up. Both the single and album Silverbird quickly went to No.2 in the UK charts.

He has appeared on various TV programmes including The Muppet Show in which he sang his three of his hits including You Make Me Feel Like Dancing and Celebrity Big Brother UK in 2007.

Leo will be in concert at Buxton Opera House on Friday, September 18, at 7.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £28 with VIP tickets available for £60 (inclusive of a signed programme and other benefits).
