Kaleidoscope Youth Theatre put new spin on Sleeping Beauty at Buxton Opera House

As grisly as a Roald Dahl story and as “Grimm” as any of the Brothers’ fairytales, Kaleidoscope Youth Theatre’s version of Sleeping Beauty is told from the point of view of the mischievous old Fairy Goody.

This grubby, smelly old sprite casts a spell that sends Beauty into a deep sleep.

Will Sleeping Beauty awaken from her spell with a kiss from the handsome Prince? And will they all live happily ever after?

Find out at the Pavilion Arts Centre, Buxton, on Friday and Saturday, November 21 and 22, at 7.30pm.

Tickets £7, to book contact 01298 72190 or www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk
