Inspirations and Directions Theatre Arts to stage Cats in Chesterfield

Cats of all shapes and sizes will be padding across the stage in a production of an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.

Students of Inspirations and Directions Theatre Arts are feline excited as they get ready to share their fun-loving, furry adventures with audiences in Chesterfield.

Their version of Cats was first shown at Mansfield Palace Theatre last autumn and now it’s bounding towards Chesterfield’s Pomegranate Theatre where it will be staged on March 24 and 25.

The production features James Morgan as Mistofolees , Georgia Ellis as Victoria, Natalie Hollingworth as Grizelda, Dominic Stevenson as Rum Tum Tugger, Gabriella Mason as Jennyanydots, Ben Featherstone as Munkostrap and Patrick Laidlaw as Deuteronomy.

The production is directed by Dot Clarke, musical director is Melanie Gilbert and choreographer is Julie M. Cox.
