The Brook Street Band is an all-female group made up of Baroque violins and cello and harpsichord, will use the inspiration of the historic Long Gallery at Haddon – where for centuries the Manners family have enjoyed private music recitals – to perform their music.

Nicki Kennedy is adding the venue to her varied and impressive portfolio of performance locations, from Kings College in Cambridge to Provence, and even Los Angeles.

She said: “The beautiful backdrop of Haddon Hall will suit this operatic and theatrical programme down to the ground. We are really looking forward to coming, taking our audience on a journey through the emotional highs and lows of the Baroque operatic world.”

Limited tickets cost £58 per person and include drinks and canapés in the Tudor walled garden before the concert starts at 7pm.
