French fancies in NSO’s concert

Nottingham Symphony Orchestra’s next concert will be at the city’s Albert Hall on Saturday, March 7.

It will be an all-French affair with two pieces each by Berlioz and Debussy.

Berlioz’s rollicking Le Corsaire Overture kicks off the proceedings, followed by a Debussy double-bill, the revolutionary Prelude De L’Apres-Midi D’Un Faun plus the composer’s masterful La Mer.
