Duo’s recital rounds off Philharmonic’s stay

The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic concludes its residency in Buxton with a violin and cello recital on December 9 at 1pm.

Performing in the Pavilion Arts Centre, the Philharmonic orchestra’s violinist James Clark and principal cellist Jonathan Aasgaard will play music by Ravel and Glière.

Clark’s classical music career has spanned 30 years. High profile appointments have included leading the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and as joint leader of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra (RLPO) until August 2015. Aasgaard has performed with the RLPO since 1999.
