David’s new show delivers the goods

Letters Through Your Door is the brand new family show from Belper’s David Gibb, and can be seen at Derby’s Guildhall Theatre on Sunday, November 30.

David Gibb is the 23 year old BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-nominated musician and songwriter.

Packed full of catchy and toe tapping numbers, David takes an unusual look at everyday life through the medium of song, with themes ranging from the everyday to the surreal.

Every performance finishes with a songwriting session in which, with the help of the audience, a brand new song is written and performed!

Joined onstage by multi-instrumentalists Oli Matthews (saxophone, clarinet, melodeon) and Jim Molyneux (percussion, piano, accordion), David Gibb’s new show is sure to bring a smile to your face and have your whole family singing along in no time.

Whether it’s finding a dragon in your bedroom, dreaming about swimming in the sea, or simply waiting for the postman to arrive, there’s something here for everyone.
