Comedian to make a swift return to Buxton

Comedian Jason Manford is heading back to Buxton by popular demand this autumn with his hugely-successful ‘First World Problems’ show.

The Manchester-born comic, who performed at the Opera House in May, will return to the Water Street venue on Sunday November 2.

The extra 18 UK tour dates are in addition to the 220 shows Manford has already performed around the country. On stage, Manford encourages audience participation by inviting them to share their ‘First World Problems’ which leads to hilarious exchanges.

He said: “I have really been enjoying this show. The audiences have been absolutely fantastic and I love nothing more than making them laugh.”

Manford has taken the entertainment world by storm since shooting to stardom as a team captain on Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats. His stage and TV credits include Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Live at the Apollo, QI, A Question of Sport: Super Saturday and The Royal Variety Performance, as well as an opera singing turn on Born to Shine and a run in the West End.
