Christmas concert for choral society

Bakewell Choral Society’s Christmas Market is to take place at Bakewell Methodist Church on Saturday, December 13.

The event runs from 10am-4pm and will give you the chance to come for a coffee, tea, homemade cakes, as well as browse the stalls.

Then, in the evening at the same venue, you can enjoy Bakewell Choral Society’s Christmas concert, starting at 7.30pm.

This Festive Evening of Christmas Words and Music will feature the choir, with conductor Alan Eost, accompanist Amanda Kornas, organist Keith Hodgson, plus Bakewell Bassoons.

Tickets are £8 (donation to Macmillan Cancer Support). There will be seasonal refreshments available. Students and accompanied children get in free.
