Chorus hits the catwalk at event

There will be fashion, fun, raffle, singing and shopping at the event, on Wednesday, November 12.

The Divas will be modelling a range of clothes and accessories available to buy in store – and they’ll be singing too.

There will also be refreshments, lots of time for shopping and a great raffle with proceeds going towards the Divas’ Going for Gold campaign.

The Matlock Bath-based chorus won at a national convention this year which means it will be Going for Gold, singing against some of the best choruses in the world on the famous MGM Grand stage in Las Vegas in October 2015.

And they’ve drawn up a packed programme of extra performances and fundraising events over the coming year to help them get there.

DaleDiva musical director Ally Law said: “The Divas are really looking forward to strutting their stuff on the Masson Mills catwalk wearing some of the store’s fabulous clothes.

“It’s great that such a fantastic a local business is supporting our fundraising efforts in this way and we’re delighted to be able to offer our own brand of vocal harmony by singing to entertain the shoppers.

“It will be a fantastic evening of fashion, shopping, music and fun – and another step on our journey to Vegas.”

DaleDiva Fashion Fever will take place at Masson Mills Shopping Village, Derby Road, Matlock Bath, at 7.30pm.
