Interpretations have taken classic G&S works into the competitive world of interior designers, boarded a cruise ship and ventured into a nightclub.

The biggest surprise in this week’s production of The Yeomen of the Guard is that the company keeps it traditionally 16th century. As director Nic Wilson says in the programme: “Any changes in location or dress would be distraction from the much-loved story of love and rejection.”
