The two rosette and award-winning Cocina restaurant. Mains on the a la carte menu include Walton Lodge confit belly of pork, mixed paella and pan roasted Venison fillet. The charcoal-fire Josper oven from Barcelona cooks Derbyshire steaks hung for up to 28 days. The restaurant also provides a Sunday lunch service as well as an early-evening menu giving the choice of one, two or three courses.
