The company is presenting three one-act plays next week.

Two of them, Russian Salad and April Dawn, were written by Philip Johnson who made his name submitting a play to Liverpool Playhouse during the years of rep. His work was popular in the 30s, 40s and 50s.

The third play, Grannie’s a Hundred, was written by Roland Gow.

Matthew Joynes and John Harrop are directing the plays which run from Tuesday, April 21, to Saturday, April 25 at 7.15pm in Old Tupton Methodist Chapel schoolroom.
