Spook-tacular fun is in store for music fans in Matlock.
Get your Halloween outfits s on and head off down to The Loft which will be suitably decked out on Saturday, October 31, for SpookFest.
There you can listen to banging choons from two of the finest cover bands in the area.
Expect to hear your favourite songs from the Seventies through to modern times when Facsimile take to the stage. Formed in 2008, this Wirksworth based group have become a firm favourite amongst gig-goers.
The band includes Olliver Taylor-Fry on lead vocals, lead guitarist Liam Barkley-Smith, bassist ‘Miffy’, drummer Dave Layzell and guitarist Gareth Metcalf.
Olliver said: “SpookFest is one of our favourite events of the year. We get to dress up, look scarier than normal and rock out to a full crowd. Matlock never lets us down!”
Support comes from hometown boys Croninger. Jason Barker formed the band in late 2014 with the aim of bringing grunge and rock back to the local stage. Joining Jason at the Spookfest gig will be Matt Dowson on bass and Christian Smith on drums.
