The Pye Hill and District Male Voice Choir is in concert at Selston Methodist Church on Saturday, March 21 at 7.30pm.

2015 will be a very busy year for the choir. Having already completed concerts locally at Jacksdale and Underwood to very appreciative audiences, the choir is confident of once again having a full programme of concerts for the year and already has a number of bookings in 2016.

In May, the choir travels to Durham to provide concerts for the Miners Banners Association and Beamish Museum, which will be ahighlight of the year.

Tickets for the concert at the Selston venue, based on Chapel Road, are available from Geraldine Kirk on 01773 781062, or from the church, priced at £5 for adults, £4 concessions and £3 for young people up to age 16. You can also pay on the door.

Why not come and join the choir and start a new activity? Whether you are experienced or a non-experienced singer of any age, you will be made equally welcome and given every assistance.

The choir practices at the Dale Club, Jacksdale every Monday at 7.30 pm. If you require any further information on joining the choir, concert bookings and arrangements, ring Malcolm Hill on 07706 036946.
