Crafts. Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is holding a felted nest workshop at the Whistlestop Centre in Matlock. Use wool from local sheep to make a felt nest and eggs to go in it. Suitable for children aged three and upwards, although younger children will need help. Also sheep bingo, making a mini wildflower meadow to take home and a Who Stole the Eggs trail. There are two sessions: 10am-12pm or 1.30pm-3.30pm. Price is £6 per child to cover materials for the felt nest – other craft activities will cost a little extra. Book in advance via 01773 881188.
