Morning a Solo/Duet/Quartet contest for brass band players. 12 Noon to 5pm an open mic event. 6.15pm to 7pm we will be joined by Len Thompson, a autobiographical, social and industrial history author. 7.30pm Big Band Sounds performed by the award winning Ireland Colliery Chesterfield Brass Band. Concert. The Monteverdi Vespers of 1610 will be sung in Derby Cathedral, by The Derwent Singers and the Sitwell Singers combined, 7.30pm.
