Crafts people are gearing up to show their wares at a fair.
St Paul’s Church, Hasland is hosting a Local Community Craft Fair in Hasland Village Hall, Eastwood Park, this Saturday, September 8.
Running from noon until 4.30pm, the event willshowcase the talents of members of the community, with stalls and demonstrations by local craft people.
There will also be an R.N.L.I. model lifeboat exhibition and stall, and an Enable Group stall, supporting people in the local community, along with stalls from other community groups.
A highlight of the afternoon will be singing from 2.30pm to 3pm.
Light lunches, cakes and beverages will be on sale during the event.
The entrance fee is 20p, but accompanied children are free. The event is being organised as part of St. Paul’s Mission Action Plan in the community.
