The Vamps will perform at Meadowhal Light Switch-On

Fifteen thousand people will be attending Meadowhall’s annual Light Switch-on and you could be among them!

This year’s headline acts are The Vamps, one of the UK’s most talked about up-and-coming indie pop bands, heart-throb boy band Union J and Little Nikki, who has opened shows for the likes of Pixie Lott and Justen Bieber.

The event is a sell-out but we have managed to get our hands on the last available tickets for lucky competition winners! A family ticket, entitling two adults and two children to be part of this spectacular event, could be yours.

Email your name, address and daytime phone number, marking Meadowhall in the subject box, to: gay.bolton@derbyshiretimes.co.uk Entries close on Friday, November 1.

The concert has attracted a stream of big names to the centre in previous years including, The Wanted, and in previous years Olly Murs, Eliza Doolittle and Alesha Dixon, and is now firmly established as one of the region’s Christmas ‘must see’ charity events. Proceeds from the concert will go to Meadowhall’s charity of the year, The Children’s Hospital Charity and Help a Capital Child.

The Light Switch-on is just one of the Meadowhall Christmas events, Meadowhall is hosting a range of events from Santa Grotto to Dream Toys.
