WHETHER it’s fresh produce for your festive feast or those last few gifts you may have forgotten, there will be plenty on offer at the Pavilion Gardens’ traditional Christmas Farmers Market.

Renowned for selling the very best of seasonal locally-grown food, the Buxton Farmers Markets are packed with farmers, growers and producers from the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales selling their produce direct to the customer.

And the final Pavilion Gardens event for 2012 will be a special Christmas Farmers Market on Thursday December 20, between 9.30am and 2pm.

There will be plenty on offer, including award-winning and organic meats, pies and sausages, scrumptious cakes and desserts, chocolates, cheeses, beers, preserves, sauces, dressings and fresh vegetables.

Visitors will also be able to purchase items ranging from leather goods and candles to Turkish delights to add a touch of Eastern promise to the Christmas table.

Also for sale will be Christmas wreaths and table decorations, while unique handmade crafts, jewellery and toiletries will make great Christmas presents.

Admission to the Christmas Farmers Market at the Pavilion Gardens is free.

Mulled wine and mince pies will be available to purchase in the coffee bar.
