Old Whittington's annual summer gala takes place this weekend.

Tombola, raffles and various of stalls are some of the attractions at the event on the village green – opposite the Revolution House and Cock and Magpie pub – between noon and 4pm on Saturday.

Cash raised from this year's event will go to the Air Ambulance and the Alzheimer's Society.

Organisers have also secured the use of Swanwick Memorial Hall in case of rain.
