  • It's the jam sesh at Chesterfield's Walton.

  • Anamanaguchi, Sabrepulse, Random, Firebrand Boy, Syphus and Spheres of Chaos line up at Sheffield's Corporation.

  • Firecracker explode into action at the Royal Oak, Brampton.

  • Wasted Youth play the Vic Club, Whitt Moor, Chesterfield.


  • THURSDAY, AUGUST 28
  • Esteban, Midas, SOS and Last Scene Falling line up at the Venue, Derby.

  • Firewire do The Talbot, Mansfield.

  • Gomez play the Plug, Sheff.

  • Square ID feature at the Boardwalk, Sheff.

  • A Storm Of Light, Manatees and Widows Mite bring the noise to The Corporation, Sheff.

  • The Battle of the Bands kicks off at Mansfield's Town Mill with Up The Junction, Moon Whiskey Soul Jam, Accident and Winterlong.


  • FRIDAY, AUGUST 29
  • The Eloise Short Quartet crack Hathersage's Walnut Club.

  • Vintage offering The Pitz decant at the Strand, Matlock.

  • Fat Digester, Oojami and Eat Static are on the menu at the Off The Tracks Fest, Isley Walton, Donington.

  • Black 2 Black do the Poet and Castle, Codnor.

  • Crooked Town punks Population Lost hit The Mill, Mansfield.

  • Acoustic Angels descend on the Boardwalk, Sheff.

  • InMe and Mae's Lost Empire rock the Corporation, Sheff.

  • The Guilty Men are at Chesterfield's County.

  • Chesterfield's Rockshots hosts Rock Revolution with Troika, Chasing Amy, Primitive Grace, Steve & the Rayz and All At Stake - starting at 5.30pm.

  • Then Revival takes over RockShots from 9pm, with DJs Lee Mcallin, Wayne P, Peewee, Se@n-E, Paul Robinson and Combined NRG manning the decks unleashing a mix of funky-electro, old-skool and hardhouse choons from 9pm until 3am. There will also be a one-off exclusive hard-house set in memory of Grant Probert, aka Brutus. Admission is £4 on the door and a percentage from that, as well as takings from a collection, will go to Breast Cancer Care.

  • Steve 'Elvis' Allen is at North Wingfield Working Men's Club.

  • Firewire warm Beeston's Greyhound.

  • Midnight Duo entertain at Brimington Social Club.

  • Hotter Than Hell pay tribute to the crazy crazy nights of Kiss at Sheffield's Boardwalk.

  • Former Special Neville Staple, Roddy Radiation & The Skabilly Rebels are at the Corporation, Sheff.

  • Firecracker play the Butcher's Arms, Brim.

  • Traitor's Gate rock out at the Vic, Staveley.

  • The Yeah Ducks and Longrass line up at Darley Dale Cricket Club.

  • Kevin Kitchen hits Brimington Social Club.

  • The Regulars, Dettached, State of Mind, Diffuse and Coyote Mad Seeds line up at Sheffield's Boardwalk.

  • War recommences at Mansfield Town Mill's battle of the bands, with The Principles, Sonacide, In Search of Kira and Maffakines.

  • It's karaoke night at the Angel, Derby Road, Chez Vegas.


  • MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1
  • Hi-Fi Handgrenades roll into the Leadmill, Sheff.


  • TUESDAY, AUGUST 2
  • The Blow Monkeys return to the fray after an 18-year hiatus with a show at Sheffield's Leadmill.

  • Summer Slaughter UK hits the Corporation, Sheffield, with Suicide Silence, As Blood Runs Black, Abigail Williams, The Berzerker, Born Of Osiris and Annotation Of An Autopsy.

  • It's jam night at the Miner's Arms, Brim.
