Kerfuffle - Down By The Greenwoodside
Some songs have a shelf-life shorter than Jordan's hemlines, while others make passing the test of time look as easy as, well, Jordan.
Derbyshire's rising young folk stars Kerfuffle know most of their set-list isn't one-hit wonder material - as a fair chunk dates back to the 17th century.
Their new To The Ground album includes historic morris dancing melodies as well as songs culled from John Playford's English Dancing Master compilation of 1651.
But even though many of these songs have been around for centuries, they're delivered with genuine passion and freshness.
Opening with just Hannah James' haunting, elegiac voice, first track Katie Shaw quickly reveals the quartet's tight talent, with frequent mid-flow time changes delivered flawlessly.
Instrumental numbers like Dr Letcher's Favourite show Kerfuffle's complete mastery of intruments from guitar and fiddle to accordian and trombone.
And if that wasn't enough, they then ditch the instruments completely and deliver a pitch-perfect a capela rendition of Arise Arise, full of chiming harmonies.
They may be steeped in the past, but these youngsters clearly have a very bright future.
