Some of the best live bands in the Midlands line up for annual Hog Roast and Music Festival at Brampton Manor Country Club on Sunday, July 13

The Arrhythmics, a 12-piece soul and blues band from Birmingham, will headline the festival, which this year will raise money for Chesterfield Children's Charity.

The programme kicks off at mid day with The Pitz followed by 39 Casualties and The Shambles. Brampton Manor Junior Street Dancers will put on a display before a session by Vida and Ashby, Origin, Midnight and The Crashers.

Firecracker – one of the area's leading bands - lead on to the Arrythmics and the evening finishes with For One Night Only.

"This is the fourth year we have organised the festival and it just gets bigger and better. It's now a major event in the community calendar" said Brampton Manor's Craig Lynch.

"We have a hog roast and organise entertainment for the children, so everyone can come along and have a good time.

"We see this as part of our commitment for the community, admission is free and everyone is welcome."

In past years, the festival has raised funds for Manor Fields Association, Old Hall School and Ashgate Hospice.
