The debut single from Derbyshire's Censored has just hit the shops.
With its easy slide-guitar intro and catchy sing-a-long chorus, Play The Game is bursting with feel-good summer sunshine.
The ideal soundtrack to long, lazy days, it has a hint of Dodgy's free-wheeling freshness to it.
In fact you can picture it going down a storm among the sunburnt, cider-fueled festival crowds.
Lyrically it pays homage to some local legends of the east Midlands, but even drops in the odd political comment too.
It has a subtlety and depth which means the song will last a lot longer than your British suntan.
Play The Game is less a debut single than a summer smash in waiting.
Drummer Chris Goring said: "Having worked very hard, this is a very exciting time for us.
"The song is about the area, if you listen, and we are extremely grateful for the support we have received from local people and media.
"There are a lot of great bands and musicians around these parts, but very few have really made it.
"You normally find that if just one makes it into the big time it helps others in the region to follow suit.
"It's great to think that we now have the ideal opportunity with the launch of a single that we are very proud of to break through and attain national recognition for the music created in this area.
"The success of the single will help us reach the next level and the much appreciated support of local people is vital in helping us achieve this."
