Will power sees U11s unbeaten

Somersall Rangers U11 completed their first season in the Sheffield League with a hard-fought victory over Nether Green.

Their 6-2 win means they remained unbeaten in the League all season.

Goal scorers were Will Tomlinson 3, Billy Whitehead 2 and man of the match Sam Ogden.

Chesterfield Junior Blues U9s beat Hasland Eagles 5-0 to remain top.

Man of the match William Plummer hit a hat-trick, Finaly Hunter and an own goal secured the win

Junior Blues U10s lost 2-1 at Drezden Colts.

Scorer was Harry Dudley and man of the match was Josh Lucas

Junior Blues U12 Red drew with Somersall 1-1.

Handley Wood U9s drew the first game and lost the second against Ecclesfield Red Rose.

Scorers for Handley were William James and Kian Clarke. Man of the match awards went to Kian White And Kian Clarke

Handley U10s defeated Porter 5-1.

On target were Nathan Howarth 2, Mehdi Khalifa 2 and Daniel Riley. Man of the match was Oliver Pratt

Handley U12s defeated Thorncliff 2-0.

Scorer was Dan Shelborne with a brace. The match award winner was Conner Snodden.

Handley U14s entertained Ecclesall and drew 3-3.

Grabbing the goals were Jack Marti, George Talbot and Alex Fox. Man of the match was Che Anderson.

Handley U15s scored five times against Redferns and still lost 7-5.

Scorers were man of the match Josh Fields 2, Tyron Okane 2 and Tom Young.

Handley U16s had a goal from Andrew Henson but lost out 2-1 against Oughtibridge.

Brimwood United U13s drew 3-3 with Skegby Colts Black.

Scorers were Jacob Holden, Michael Price and Kieren Brown. Match awards went to Kieren Brown and Liam Deane.

Brimwood U15s lost 4-3 against Chesterfield.

On target were Ben Hall, Tom Dunlop and Nathan Hughes. Man of the match was Danny Masters.

Brampton Rovers U15s maintained their push for promotion with a 3-1 victory over Heeley Boys.

Scorers were man of the match Shane Catherall, Sam Lavelle and Marcus Vickery.

Brampton U13s took another step towards winning their division with a 3-3 draw against third-placed Chapeltown.

Scorers were Josh Adams, Mason Green and Rhys Mullins.

Brampton U11s went down 7-1 against Stocksbridge with Michael Bargh scoring the consolation.

Brampton U10s had a well-earned 8-1 verdict over Maltby to move equal top on points and goal difference with the previous league leaders.

Lucio Degirolamo 3, Jamie Sharman 2, Albie White, Callum Spencer and Declan Whitton were the scorers.

Brampton U9s lost 7-4 against Wisewood.

Scorers were Joe Osborn 3 and George Roberts. Sam Gratton and Joe Osborn were named players of the day.

Chesterfield Town U14s defeated Heanor Staffs 5-1.

Scorers were Steven Linney 2, Chase Galbraith 2 and Wayne Turner.

Town U13 girls lost 2-0 in the league cup at Whaley Bridge. Player of the match was Olivia Owen. The girls can hold their heads high as it was only their second defeat of the season.

Town U13s Rowsley defeated Heanor Staffs Torche 3-1. Josh Neale hit a hat-trick and received the man of the match award.

Town U13s Sheffield lost 3-1 to Hillsborough Pumas.

Todd Mallender scored Town’s goal. Match awards went to Todd and Curtis McLeish.

Town U12s Rowsley extend their unbeatan run to nine with a 5-1 win over Carr Vale Colts.

Scorers were Tom Stevenson 2, Conrad Cotterill, man of the match Mitchell Hannon and goalkeeper Nathan Cotterill with his first ever goal.

Town U11s defeated Darley Dale 5-3. Goals from Chad Martin, Stephen Bright 2 and Joe Rogers 2. Match awards went to Daniel Mulvey and Chad Martin.

Town U11s returned from Greasbourgh with a 4-2 win.

On target were Josh W, Luke Fox, Reece Bonsor and Callen Heywood.

Town U10s defeated Interski 3-0. Scorers were Mathew Tomlinson and Joshua Devereux 2.

Town Juniors U10s beat Debdale Manor 3-2. Marksmen were Thomas Weaver 2 and Taylor Mcleish.

Town U10 Whites had goals from Joel Taylor and George Byrne to see off ADASC Jets 2-1.

Town U9 defeated Selston 3-2. Scorers were Rio Topham, Finn Oakley and Luke Waller. Man of the match was Josh Turner.

Town U9s edged out Wingerworth Tigers 2-1. Both goals came from Louis Cottrell who was also man of the match.
