AFC TELFORD UNITED v CHESTERFIELD: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY: Telford's Phil Trainer is put under pressure by Chesterfields captain, Sam Hird and Tyrrel Forbes (4). PIC BY ANDY CUNNINGHAM: 28/7/12.

Chesterfield drew 2-2 in their pre-season friendly at Telford and here are a number of action photos from the match at the Bucks Head Ground.

John Sheridan’s men twice had the lead in the match on Saturday, thanks to goals from Drew Talbot in the tenth minute and Jordan Bowery with a header in the 62nd minute.

But the home team levelled matters through Jake Reid and Steve Jones.

The match attracted a gate of 429 and the result was a fair reflection on the balance of play.
