Roger Bolstridge is set to jet out to Greece for a five-day cricket tour.
All-rounder Roger - who has played more than 1,000 games for Ashover - is due to fly out with an MCC touring team this weekend.
The MCC side is to compete in three 50-over matches and one Twenty20 game against the Greek national side.
Roger (42), said: “I’m really looking forward to it. I play for Ashover on Saturday and fly out to Corfu early on Sunday morning and have four games there from Monday onwards.’’
The Twenty20 clash is to help the Greek side prepare for the ICC European Division Two T20 Championship which takes place in Belgium at the end of June
The Greek trip with be Roger’s fourth as a cricketing ambassador with the MCC. Previously, he had represented them in Thailand, Portugal and Fiji.
Roger is a member of a diverse touring party which comprises of MCC members from across the country.
