ALFRETON Town have awarded Ben Muirhead a one-year contract.
The pacy winger has been in outstanding form since joining the Reds just prior to the start of the season after being released by Rochdale.

He will be eligible to play in the FA Cup if required.
And Reds boss Nicky Law is also keen on strengthening his options still further and has put in seven days' notice of approach for an as yet unnamed striker.
Matt Wilson's loan spell at Worksop Town has been extended from one month to three but the Reds now have a 24-hour call-back facility on the central defender.
On Saturday the Reds return to league action with an away game at Fleetwood Town and Law will be looking for his side to extend their unbeaten run to seven games, a run which has taken them to seventh in the table, just one point outside the play-off spots.
The latest success came last Saturday with a 2-0 home win over Burscough, Kris Bowler's first goal of the season on 22 minutes being added to by Leo Fortune-West's fifth as he netted for a third consecutive game.
Supporters' Association transport departs at 9am and seats can be booked via Mark Thorpe on (01773) 836251.
