Chesterfield CC Juniors ended the season on a high note with cup final victories for the U11 and U12 teams.
The U12s met Hallam CC at Walton Dam and the home side elected to bat first.
It was a close encounter but Chesterfield did well to close on 259-6.
Due to miserly Chesterfield bowling, Hallam fell behind the required run rate and as they chased the game they were forced to take risks which saw them close on 242-7, handing Chesterfield a 17-run victory.
The U11 final took place at Eckington where Chesterfield faced the undefeated 2012 league champions Cutthorpe CC.
They were red hot favourites having defeated Chesterfield in the league, and despite 22 from Tomlinson, Billington (3-16) had the rest in a spin as Cutthorpe closed on 247-8.
Chesterfield lost four wickets in the first three overs but it all came down to the final over with captain Baddeley (20*) on strike.
It ended with the scores tied but the trophy went to Chesterfield as they had lost fewer wicket in a hugely entertaining game.
