Hot off the press

CHESTERFIELD FC players Aaron Downes, Jamie Lowry and Terrell Lewis examine the front cover of the special match-day programme produced to mark the Spireites' final league game at Saltergate.

The souvenir publication, which is A4 size and runs to 132 pages, has been printed by Printability 2000 Ltd, which is based on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate.

The trio of players, plus Blues commercial manager Jim Brown and director of marketing Alan Stevenson, visited the Printability factory where boss Dean Newman invited a galaxy of sports stars to celebrate the company's tenth birthday.

The programme, for the match against Bournemouth on Saturday, is on sale at the club for 6, and will be available before the game.

Packed with features and photographs, the publication is a celebration of the club's 139-year tenure at the Recreation Ground.

In addition, a limited edition version of 1,000 copies, individually numbered and signed by chairman Barrie Hubbard, is available for 10.
