Teams battle on for AFC Dronfield

Chesterfield Town FC Junior Football teams turned out at the weekend with a hatful of goals.

Lewis Hardy and Jack Matthews scored hat-tricks as Chesterfield Town U15 Mansfield beat Collingham 9-1. Jack Begley, Sammy Hawes and Max Hunt were also on the scoresheet.

Luke Rawson scored four and Jamie Sharman three as Town U13 Mansfield beat New Tupton Ivanhoes 9-1. Kieron Hinchley and Eddie Finney also scored.

Callum Williams scored four as Town U11 Mansfield beat Glapwell Gladiators 8-0. Oliver Papworth scored two with Kallan Adams and Lewis Hannah got one each.

Reagan Millard scored a hat-trick as Town U12 Mansfield won at Southwell City Sharks 7-0. Callum Geelan, Jack Gibb, Sam Eccles and Rio Topham also scored.

Town U11 Whites Sheffield top the table after a 6-0 win at Oxspring United.

Town U12 Sheffield won at Brunsmeer 7-2. Town U14 Rowsley beat South Normanton 5-1. Town U11 Whites Rowsley’s got a 4-0 victory over second placed Hasland. Town U10 Kickstart won 4-2 at Ollerton Town. Town U16 Sheffield reached the next round of the County Cup with a 3-1 win against Junior Fox. Town U13 Sheffield won 2-0 at Scawthorpe Scorpions. Town U11 Sheffield lost 4-2 at Millmoor. Town U16 Rowsley lost 7-0 to Darley Dale Juniors. Town U7 Rowsley beat ASDAC Avengers at Cavendish in the Primary Cup.
